3.水、电均已考虑到生产需要，太湖水直通园区、设有4只配电房、业主用电量大，可申请单独安装变压器。
4.标准厂房内运输便捷，物流顺畅，集装箱也可直接进入车间装卸货物，实行点到点的快捷服务。
5.标准厂房可整体或分栋、分层出租、也可一次性买断、办理国有土地出让手续。
